This role requires a professional who can manage TDS and GST workings, coordinate effectively with clients, external parties, and auditors, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ledgers.

·      Independently handle the finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

·      Perform TDS and GST workings, returns, and ensure statutory compliance.

·      Tax computation. Tax return filing and assistance in tax assessments/litigation.

·      Liaise with clients, external parties, and auditors to ensure smooth operations.

·      Assist auditors in statutory and tax audits by preparing required schedules and reconciliations.

·      Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

·      Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

·      Provide support in financial planning, reporting, and analysis when required.

Skills & Competencies

·  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (TDS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act provisions).

·      Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

·      Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for client and third-party interactions.

·      Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

·      CA Inter/Semi-Qualified CA, M.Com, B.Com, MBA or equivalent

·      Minimum 3 years of core accounting and compliance experience.
