- Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for integration and support.

- Maintain documentation including SOPs, architecture diagrams, and change logs.

Qualifications :

- Familiarity with virtualization KVM and Ceph storage technologies.

- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.

- Red Hat certifications like RHCSA, RHCE are highly preferred.
