Job Title : Senior Software AUTOSAR EngineerDepartment : Embedded Systems (EMB)Location: (Pune)Position Type: Full-TimeOverview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software AUTOSAR Engineer to join our Embedded Systems Department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AUTOSAR-compliant software architectures for advanced embedded automotive systems, with a strong emphasis on Cyber Security and HSM Concept. As the owner of key product components such as Communication (COM), Diagnostics (DIAG), and Cyber Security, you will ensure their successful integration within the system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Software Architecture Design : Develop and design AUTOSAR-compliant software architectures that ensure functionality, scalability, and modularity.
  • Cyber Security Integration : Implement and manage cyber security measures within the AUTOSAR framework, including secure boot, encryption, and secure communication channels.
  • HSM Implementation : Develop and integrate Hardware Security Module (HSM) solutions to enhance the security of embedded systems.
  • Product Ownership : Take ownership of product components (COM, DIAG, Cyber Security), ensuring their successful delivery and integration within the system.
  • Configuration and Development : Configure and develop AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW), Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL), and Software Components (SWC).

Proficiency in using EB tresos for configuration and validation.

  • System Integration : Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.

  • Performance Optimization : Optimize code for performance and memory usage, ensuring efficient operation of embedded systems.
  • Technical Leadership : Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and mentor junior engineers in AUTOSAR-based software development.
  • Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments, adhering to quality standards (e.g., ISO
  • Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and interface descriptions.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Extensive experience with AUTOSAR BSW stack configuration, cyber security principles, HSM concepts, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

Proficiency in using EB tresos for configuration and validation.

  • Programming Skills : Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming.
  • Experience : Proven track record of delivering complex AUTOSAR-based software solutions with a focus on performance and quality.

Experience with Cyber Security implementations and HSM integration is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze system performance and propose optimizations.
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Leadership : Technical leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Preferred Skills :
