Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as Back Office Support.

The role involves providing technical and commercial support, preparing sales proposals, managing client communication, assisting with sales and follow-up activities, and ensuring excellent customer service in the electrical segment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and documentation.

· Provide technical-commercial support to the sales team and clients.

· Follow up with customers regarding proposals, orders, and payments.

· Maintain client communication and ensure timely responses.

· Assist in the complete sales process, from inquiry to order execution.

· Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting.

· Ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Maintain organized records using MS Excel, Word, and other tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Electrical Sales / UPS / Utility / Capital Equipment Sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Email, MS Excel, Word, and corporate communication processes.

Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
