About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer
who thrives in fast-paced, product-centric environments and has proven experience building and scaling distributed systems. You'll work closely with product, ML, and infra teams to deliver end-to-end features, deploy production-grade code, and explore emerging GenAI technologies.

This is a
hands-on engineering role
where your primary focus will be system design, high-performance code, and ownership from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities-
Design and develop
scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems
using modern technologies.

Own full lifecycle of features from
architecture → implementation → testing → deployment
.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and improvements.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud-native environment.

Drive performance tuning and reliability across services and infrastructure.

Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
backend development
at scale (e.g., handling high throughput, distributed systems).

Strong proficiency in
coding (Java, Go, Python, or )
.

Solid grasp of
system design, data structures, and algorithms
.

Experience with
CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
, or similar deployment tools.

Proven experience deploying code to
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)
Experience with
Machine Learning pipelines
or ML infrastructure.

Exposure to
Generative AI
applications.

Familiarity with
RAG-based systems

LLMs
,
LangChain
,
LlamaIndex
, or
agentic workflows
.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML or backend projects.

Strong presence on coding platforms (e.g.,
CodeChef

LeetCode
, or similar)
