Ward Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Ward Manager in Medway Hospitals, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the ward, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality patient care and safety protocols.
• Analyze and resolve complex patient care issues and concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and technology systems, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
