We at Coforge are hiring for Test Specialist role with following skill sets:

Qualification:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using Cypress and JavaScript/Java.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous testing practices.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and effectively.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for UI automation.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Java for writing automation scripts.
  • Solid experience in API testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
