Job Duties
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in web application development, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Experience with AI systems—such as integrating Generative AI models or autonomous agents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery
• Monitor and optimize application performance and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities where applicable to enhance functionality
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in cloud, DevOps, and AI systems

Experience

• Years of Experience: 7–10 years in web application development, with at least 2 years in DevOps and cloud technologies.
• AI Exposure (Preferred): Experience working with AI systems, including Generative or Agentic AI, is a plus.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
Web Application Development

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular
• Strong understanding of server-side languages like and Python
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services

DevOps

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible

Cloud Technologies

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of cloud services including compute, storage, networking, and security best practices

Preferred Skills
AI Systems:

• Exposure to Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) or Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT)
• Ability to integrate AI APIs or agents into web applications
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy considerations

Database Management

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB

Testing And Quality Assurance

• Familiarity with automated testing tools like Cypress, Jest, or Mocha

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in an agile development environment
