About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Uniware Specialist to manage our website data and inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and a knack for organizing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate data to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring data consistency across systems.
Generate reports and dashboards using Excel for inventory tracking, sales, and website performance.
Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
Collaborate with e-commerce, sales, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
Assist in system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements in Uniware.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in managing website data, e-commerce platforms, or ERP systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, charts).
Good understanding of inventory management and database systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced Excel functions and macros.
Knowledge of Uniware/ Prior experience in using the software
