Job Description:

Urgent Hiring – HR Manager (Steel Plant)

Location: [Kesda, Bilaspur]
Position: HR Manager – Steel Industry
Experience: 12–15 years in HR (preferably in steel or manufacturing plant)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete HR operations: recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee records

  • Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management for plant staff

  • Ensure legal compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and labor laws

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

  • Coordinate training & development initiatives

  • Maintain HR MIS and liaise with government departments
