Need to understand, adhere, and execute the process and workflows defined as per BRACS production support team.
Proactively monitor the batch process on-prem and AWS instances, any errors encountered needs to be reported on timely basis. Should make sure the issue is taken towards resolution.
Should be able to plan and execute SSMS upgrades for on-prem clients into Production and UAT servers based on the requirement.
Need to execute the intraday jobs, able to handle client queries and get onto calls as needed to get the issues resolved.
Expected to have better understanding of on-prem and cloud AWS infrastructure for providing better and quicker solutions to clients.
Need to have understanding on timely invoking and driving the Incident process.  
Should be capable of identifying gaps in existing process, monitoring and suggest improvements.
Shall be flexible in supporting on call basis during weekends on rotational basis.
