Erection & Commissioning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise erection, installation, and commissioning activities for ETP, RO & ZLD systems across client sites.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow at project sites.
  • Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety norms and policies.
  • Prepare and verify site reports, documentation, and commissioning checklists.
  • Train site personnel/operators on plant operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Support in performance testing and ensuring successful handover to the client.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of ETP, RO, ZLD process design, operations, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components related to water treatment systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID, GA drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and work at various project locations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
