Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support field through troubleshooting on system
  • Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
  • Monthly hold clearance
  • Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team
  • Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
  • Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
  • Liaisoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
Required Qualifications and Experience
