Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team. This role demands a strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, and effective communication to bridge the gap between stakeholders and the technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, preparing key project documents, facilitating smooth ERP implementation, and supporting post-go-live operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in or conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ERPNext modules and workflows.
- Understand inputs from Business Analysts and prepare GAP Analysis documents.
- Draft and finalize SDD (System Design Document) and secure client sign-offs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts for solution designing.
- Communicate functional requirements to Tech Leads/Developers.
- Follow standard ERP implementation methodologies.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and obtain UAT sign-off.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and GAP documents with client validation.
- Coordinate milestone sign-offs with the Project Manager.
- Support go-live activities and ensure smooth cutover.
