In this role, you will work across the full machine learning lifecycle—from data preparation and experimentation to production deployment and ongoing optimization—ensuring that AI models deliver measurable business impact. You will partner with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate intelligent features into products and systems used at scale. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, building high-performing models, and deploying production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize AI and statistical models to address complex operational and business challenges. Build robust data workflows and preprocessing pipelines to support training, validation, and scalable deployment. Deploy and operationalize models into production environments using modern MLOps practices. Continuously monitor model behavior, track performance drift, and drive iterative improvements. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate AI capabilities into live applications and user experiences. Conduct model testing, evaluation, and error analysis to refine accuracy and efficiency. Research and adopt contemporary AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Who You Are Strong analytical thinker with a passion for applying AI techniques to practical use cases. Comfortable working hands-on with both modeling and deployment. Able to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Driven by curiosity, learning, and creating real-world impact.
Required Skills & Experience Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, and evaluation techniques. Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and handling large datasets. Hands-on experience with deploying ML models to production environments. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and workflow/orchestration pipelines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
