Roles & responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and email queries efficiently.
  • Conduct campus tours and showcase facilities, programs, and student life.
  • Assist in admission-related documentation and follow-up with applicants.
  • Participate in school/college outreach programs, education fairs, and promotional events.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update follow-up actions regularly.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Counseling, Psychology, Education, or Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in student counseling/admissions, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
