About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication & writing skills, a basic understanding of social media platforms, and a strong interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Assist in creating engaging posts, captions, stories, and short-form content.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
  • Brainstorm ideas with the marketing team for campaigns and content strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers to get creatives and graphics ready.
  • Schedule content calendars and plan weekly/monthly posts.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with audience when required.
  • Track post performance and compile basic analytics reports.
  • Support the digital marketing team in daily activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, Mass Communication preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).
  • Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Basic idea of hashtags, reels, trending topics, and content creation.
  • Comfortable exploring Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Content, Social Media strategy).
  • Good coordination, time-management, and research skills.
