Hostel Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Welfare & Safety:Ensures a safe and comfortable living environment, provides counseling, and addresses medical or personal emergencies for residents.
• Discipline & Rule Enforcement:Monitors and enforces hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline and a peaceful atmosphere among residents.
• Staff Management:Supervises and manages hostel staff, including performance reviews, training, and ensuring staff attendance and performance.
• Hostel Operations:Oversees daily hostel operations, including room assignments, maintaining records, and coordinating with external vendors.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness:Ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises and coordinates timely repair and maintenance of furniture and facilities.
• Food Quality Monitoring:Monitors the quality of food provided in the hostel messes to ensure a high standard of nutrition and quality.
• Crisis Management:Handles and resolves conflicts and other crises effectively, and acts as a key point of contact for residents and their guardians.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
