We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our academic and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple education and training projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate between academic teams, trainers, marketing, and administration to ensure timely delivery of courses and events.
  • Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and track performance metrics.
  • Implement project management tools and best practices for efficient workflows.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
  • Support the launch of new programs and ensure compliance with institutional standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in project or operations management (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
