Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month + incentives

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate should excel in customer engagement, identify needs effectively, and drive successful conversions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, target-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize results and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales/sales.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
