We've helped customers from more than 25 countries to find the right wellness retreat.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Kochi with some work from home flexibility. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an individual contributor role where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Create, manage, and analyse social media campaigns across key platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media) especially performance marketing.
  • Successfully managed ₹4L+ monthly ad spends with proven results
  • Proven track record of running performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, results driven & process oriented
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest/SEMRush/Ahrefs
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Prior experience in agency and travel industry will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
