  • From day one, the Program manager will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Objectives Work towards smooth transition of the various strategic projects across key work-streams Strategic, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Researching, bench-marking, analyzing data and providing recommendations, oversight and guidance for new initiatives & critical projects
  • Provide visibility to broader business and financial issues that impact other operating areas and act upon the necessary changes and monitor the change profile
  • Project/Program Management Independently manage special projects like new frameworks or business models, restructuring, or business reviews which have direct impact on top line/bottom line/customer experience and ensure end to end to closure from conception to completion by liaising with different departments and functions Decide the parameters & metrics to evaluate project performance and periodically review the progress against the milestones by analyzing and interpreting data
