Key Responsibilities :

- Lead GIS-specific projects, overseeing all phases from planning, execution, delivery, and closing. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, including engineering, technical, and business teams, to deliver successful project outcomes.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of GIS software, data, and mapping tools, interpreting mapping data and scenes for project requirements.

- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to address potential issues or challenges.

- Manage change requests effectively, ensuring that all modifications align with stakeholder expectations and do not compromise project quality or timelines.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that projects stay on track.

- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on course. Report regularly on project status, challenges, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.

- Thrive in a start-up environment where priorities may shift, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing needs and goals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GIS, autonomous systems, and related technologies to enhance project outcomes and bring innovative solutions to the table.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain strong working relationships with all parties involved in the project.

- Prepare and deliver regular presentations to stakeholders, showcasing project progress, data insights, and key Skills & Qualifications :

- GIS & Mapping Expertise : Basic understanding of GIS software, mapping tools, and hardware integration with autonomous systems. Ability to interpret mapping data and visualize solutions effectively.

- Project Management : Proven experience managing GIS-specific projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within the Autonomous Vehicles (AV) or GIS domains.

- Start-Up Experience : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

- Risk Management : Experience identifying project risks, developing contingency plans, and executing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Change Management : Experience in managing change requests and ensuring that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to perform root cause analysis, solve complex problems, and maintain project momentum.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Tools : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Experience with project management tools is a plus.

- Local Language Proficiency : Native speaker of the local language at the center.
