Job Description:
Suri Triumph is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executives to join our premium motorcycle showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the Triumph showroom.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Triumph models.
- Provide complete product information, features, and benefits.
- Coordinate test rides, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
- Ensure the showroom is always presentable and customer-ready.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Triumph brand preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM).
- Prior experience in automobile or premium retail sales will be an advantage.
Position 2: Showroom Sales Manager
Location: Suri, West Bengal
Experience: Minimum 4–6 Years (Automobile Industry preferred)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Description:
Suri Triumph is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead the sales team and manage the daily operations of the Triumph showroom. The candidate should be a strong leader with proven sales expertise and a deep understanding of customer relationship management in the premium motorcycle segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and uphold the Triumph brand experience.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with management for stock planning, campaigns, and events.
- Maintain showroom standards, discipline, and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Analytical mindset with focus on achieving results.
- In-depth understanding of showroom operations and CRM systems.
- Experience in premium automobile or luxury retail industry preferred.
