About The Role
We're hiring a
React Native Engineer
to lead the development of our
brand new, cross-platform mobile application
. This role is entirely focused on mobile, building secure, high-performance financial tools that extend our AI capabilities to the hands of our users.

You'll have
end-to-end ownership
, from setting up the initial architecture to implementing complex features like
payment gateway integration
and ensuring successful deployment to app stores. This is an opportunity for a true builder to own the mobile journey from
zero to launch
.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Mobile Build: Architect, build, and deploy our core mobile application from scratch using React Native, targeting both iOS and Android.
  • Integrate Payments & Security: Design and implement secure and seamless payment integration and sensitive data handling, adhering to FinTech security standards.
  • Work with AI/ML: Collaborate with our AI/ML and Backend teams to integrate intelligent features and real-time data visualizations into the mobile UI.
  • Drive Performance: Optimize application performance, memory usage, and cold-start times to ensure a native-like experience on all devices.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full mobile development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and app store deployment.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product, design (UI/UX), and backend teams to ensure feature parity and a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
  • Maintain Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code, maintaining high code quality and following mobile development best practices.

Our Stack (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

  • Mobile Framework: React Native, Expo (or willingness to move to pure native modules when necessary)
  • State Management: Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga/Thunk, or Context API
  • Backend Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets (for real-time data)
  • Testing: Jest, React Native Testing Library
  • Deployment: CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, App Center, or Bitrise), deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Other: TypeScript (highly preferred), secure local storage (e.g., AsyncStorage, Realm, or MMKV).

What You'll Bring

  • 2–6 years of professional mobile development experience, with a significant focus on React Native.
  • Mandatory: Proven track record of successfully building and deploying production applications from scratch to the Google Play Store (and/or Apple App Store).
  • FinTech Exposure: Experience with payment gateways, secure authentication (biometrics is a plus), or handling other sensitive financial data.
  • Architecture & Best Practices: Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and experience with native modules.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where adaptability and a builder's mindset are highly valued.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
