As the Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price,Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes.
• Working with Copado / Gearset including supporting deployment of developers tickets, supporting consistency across sandbox environments and demonstrating best practices.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities.
• Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.
• Mentor junior developers and provide training to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or related subject
• Minimum of 4 years of extensive Salesforce development experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Copado Fundamentals 1 and 2 certification or equivalent certifications.

Knowledge or Experience required:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
• Hands on experience working with Copado / Gearset (DevOps tools)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Working knowledge of Jira, and Confluence
• Strong experience in configuring Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive records of development activities.
• Familiarity with working using Agile methodologies
• Experience in mentoring and training team members on Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
