Eightinity Technologies is a small, fast-moving team (currently 6 members) specializing in
AI-native, full-stack applications
—covering iPhone, Android, backend systems, and UI/UX design. We build
production-grade AI software
for real-world use, and we're looking for a
Senior AI Engineer
who wants to apply the
latest AI solutions to real products
and grow with us.

You should apply if you:

Have
3–5 years
of hands-on experience in a mix of
software engineering + ML engineering

Are frustrated by the
lack of AI adoption
in your current company

Want to leverage and apply
the latest AI tools
to new, production software projects

Are currently living in
Pune
or willing to
relocate immediately

Can work
full-time, in-person
at our Baner, Pune office

Have strong programming skills in
TypeScript
and
Python

Can communicate fluently in
conversational English

Learn fast and work independently with guidance (no spoon-feeding)

Are ready to
join immediately

What You'll Work On

  • Building
    end-to-end AI-native apps
    for iOS, Android, and web
  • Applying the
    latest AI frameworks and APIs
    directly in production
  • Experimenting with and deploying cutting-edge solutions like:
  • OpenAI API
    for inference
  • LLM finetuning
  • Live transcription systems
  • On-device LLMs
  • LLM evals and ops
  • DSPy
    for LLM programming
