Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design

  • Design high-quality political posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and campaign branding material.
  • Create eye-catching social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
  • Develop infographics, quote cards, announcement posts, rally/event creatives, and campaign highlights.
  • Create designs aligned with party ideology, color palette, and branding guidelines.

Campaign Support

  • Support political leaders, social media teams, and campaign managers with visual communication material.
  • Convert speeches, initiatives, government schemes, and achievements into visually appealing designs.
  • Prepare event-specific artwork for rallies, padayatras, press conferences, booth-level programs, and meetings.
  • Quickly design visuals for breaking news, statements, election announcements, and real-time updates.

Branding & Messaging

  • Translate campaign messages into strong, emotion-driven visuals.
  • Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, and overall political identity across all platforms.
  • Understand local issues, voter sentiment, and political context to create meaningful designs.

Collaboration

  • Work with content writers, video editors, social media teams, and political representatives.
  • Participate in creative discussions to ideate concepts for graphics and campaign communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to design both modern digital graphics and traditional political print material.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of political campaigns, public communication, and branding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in political design, media agencies, or campaign communication.
  • Ability to understand Marathi/Hindi (for speeches, quotes, and regional content).
  • Experience in adapting designs for multiple formats and resolutions.
  • Ability to work flexibly during election periods, rallies, and events.
