Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM module.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP QM processes and integration with other modules (PP-QM, EWM-QM, etc.).
  • Proven experience in Incident Management, Service Requests, and Enhancements within AMS & support projects.
  • Ability to lead a team of SAP QM consultants, guide junior members, and work independently with minimal client support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholders.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience working on AMS & Support roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP QM functionalities for process industry in SAP S/4HANA systems.
  • Good understanding of QM configuration, master data, usage decision, and batch management.
  • Knowledge of quality inspections, notifications, test equipment management, and audit management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP QM team within AMS projects.
  • Provide hands-on support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
  • Understand and analyze the current SAP landscape and collaborate directly with business users.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, configure solutions, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure smooth integration of QM with PP, EWM, and other SAP modules.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
  • Document technical solutions, best practices, and lessons learned.
