Sevice Engineer

Service engineer responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. They also provide technical and Admin support to customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install of new equipment and Service operations in big plants.
• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostic tests, and repairs to resolve technical issues and prevent failures of machine.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical problems with various equipment and systems and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, training, and advice to clients and users.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, maintenance performed, repairs, and equipment performance. Manage documenation and operation on-site.

Customer & Collaboration Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and effective service delivery to meet client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration: Work with other engineers, support staff, and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

Compliance & Development Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, regulations, and operational protocols.
• Technical Development: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in their field.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and tools for efficient service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
