Role Summary

The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory control, store operations, documentation, and team supervision. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and supporting timely material movement across projects. The position demands strong coordination with procurement, production, and finance teams to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management


• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies


• Maintain accurate inventory records using software or manual systems


• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering as needed


• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies


• Maintain Stock In/Out Register and support Monthly Stock Audit

Store Operations


• Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient storage and retrieval


• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and handling of materials


• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area


• Implement proper storage practices for hazardous or perishable goods

Documentation & Reporting


• Prepare GRNs, stock issue slips, dispatch notes, and related documentation


• Generate periodic reports on stock status, material consumption, and wastage
