Preferred candidate profile

Your Skills

  • Min 2 Years of Experience is needed
  • Excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers
  • Languages like English and Hindi are compulsory plus Regional Languages like Marathi/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Kannada/ Malyalam will be an added Advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools is essential, training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for accurately documenting customer interactions
