Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of analytical expertise and creative insight, with the ability to craft campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Test and experiment with new ad formats, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities for scaling campaigns and expanding into new channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2–4 years) managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Agency experience or experience with e-commerce/luxury brands is a plus.
Compensation
This role offers a competitive pay scale between
INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month
, based on experience and skill set.
