Experience Required: 3–6 years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Draftsmanship or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
  • Draft plans for ducting, piping, and equipment layouts as per design inputs.
  • Convert design sketches/markups into technical drawings.
  • Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and vendors for design clarifications.
  • Assist in BOQs, material take-offs, and shop drawings preparation.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Good understanding of MEP coordination and construction practices.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in MEP/Construction industry.
  • Exposure to commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
