Senior Frontend Developer – React JS (7+ Years Experience) Location:Kochi

This role involves architectural decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and develop complex, scalable web applications using React JS.
  • Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in frontend development.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React JS.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with TypeScript, , and other modern frontend tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.
  • Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
  • Prior experience in leading frontend teams or projects.
