Job Title PeopleSoft Developer (Data Conversion Consultant) Job Summary We are hiring a full-time PeopleSoft Developer (Data Conversion Consultant) to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative. The consultant will be responsible for extracting, transforming, cleansing, and validating HR data from PeopleSoft to support downstream integrations and system conversion activities. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, requiring strong technical development skills and deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HR data structures. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft components (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR). Extract employee, job, compensation, and organization data from PeopleSoft HR tables. Perform data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation for conversion cycles. Build efficient SQL scripts for data extraction, auditing, and reconciliation. Collaborate with functional SMEs, HRIS teams, and integration partners to resolve data or technical defects. Support mock conversions, test cycles, and final cutover activities. Prepare and maintain documentation for data mapping, technical designs, and conversion processes. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on PeopleSoft HRMS development (PeopleTools, PeopleCode, AE, CI, SQR). Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HR tables and relationships (EMPLOYEE, JOB, COMPENSATION, POSITION, DEPT, PAY tables, etc.). Advanced SQL skills with Oracle/PeopleSoft backend. Experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation for HR systems. Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional technical and functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting HR data migration or HR system transformation projects. Familiarity with API-based integrations and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. Understanding of HR business processes and HRIS standards.
