Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and be proficient in using various web design tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
  • Create engaging and responsive website designs.
  • Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile use.
  • User Experience (UX):
  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve the website design.
  • Implement user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing web pages.
  • Work on improving the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of the website.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Design logos, icons, and other graphic elements for web use.
  • Edit and enhance images using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align web design projects with business goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative web design concepts.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure functionality across various browsers and devices.
  • Maintain and update websites as needed, ensuring content is current and accurate.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design coding languages.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of back-end development and server management.
  • Experience in e-commerce website design.
