Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and cognitive functioning.
  • Administer standardized assessments and clinical interviews to identify diagnoses and treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable treatment goals and monitor progress throughout therapy.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Implement interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
  • Consult and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologist, social workers, and special educators.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment strategies and share expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
