  • Well versed with CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework
  • Experience in Generative AI and its application
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Developing Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
  • Hands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs, Service Portal , Flow designer
  • Experience in integration with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.
  • Working knowledge of integrating SPM/APM with other modules including ITSM and Major incident Management
  • Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
  • Technical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functions
  • Expertise in Reporting. Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules
  • Create Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensing
  • Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI Action, UI Policies ,Data Policy , client script, Business rule)
