Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our Warehouse Management Solutions. This role requires bridging operations and technology to enhance warehouse efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of WMS platforms (SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).

- Analyze warehouse workflows and identify automation & process improvement opportunities.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations: gate entry, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Hands-on experience in ASRS and AGV integrated warehouse operations.

- Collaborate with IT COE, operations, and vendors for system stability and performance.

- Provide training and user support for WMS adoption.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, inventory turnover, fulfillment speed).

- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams.

- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and change management reports.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- 1015 years of experience in warehouse operations and WMS implementation.

- Strong expertise in SAP EWM; knowledge of Dassault WMS or similar platforms preferred.

- Familiarity with integration tools (EDI, APIs) and data mapping.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Certifications such as APICS, PMP, or ITIL are an advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with RFID, barcode scanning, and automation technologies.

- Exposure to HHT and reporting tools.
