US Individual Taxation

Locations: Ahmedabad, Pune or Mumbai

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing simple to complex US Personal Income Tax returns
  • Detailed review and analysis of Tax information
  • Preparing draft communication in response to client queries.
  • Performing, documenting, and summarizing research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues as required
  • Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law through tax training provided by the firm
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Accounting or related field of study
  • Experience with CCH Axcess software will be an asset.
  • Ability to work closely with team to ensure timely delivery of tax returns
  • Experience preparing US 1040 and state tax returns for high net-worth and cross-border tax would be an asset
  • Effective and strong verbal and written communication skills
