A CNC VMC programmer's translate technical drawings into machine instructions, create and optimize programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) using CAD/CAM software, and oversee the production of parts to meet quality standards. This involves setting up the machine, selecting tools, monitoring operations, and using measuring tools for quality control.

Interpreting technical drawings: Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols to determine machining requirements.

  • Creating and modifying CNC programs: Use CAD/CAM software to write, edit, and optimize programs for VMCs. This includes setting machine controls for speed, feed, and other parameters.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
