Role Description

Thodupuzha, India

Accountant
at
Mantis Partners – Tax & Business Advisory
.

The Accountant will be responsible for preparing
financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS lodgements, and bookkeeping
, while ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations. You will collaborate closely with our Australian team to support
business advisory, budgeting, and compliance functions
, contributing to clients' financial success and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in
  Australian taxation, accounting, and compliance
• Strong understanding of
  ATO and ASIC regulations
• Proficiency in
  accounting software
  (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong
  communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in
  Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
• CPA or CA qualification
  (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded
