About Guduchi Ayurveda
Guduchi Ayurveda is one of India's fastest-growing Ayurvedic healthcare networks, helping patients reverse chronic lifestyle disorders like Type 2 Diabetes through the Science of Ayurveda. With 6 active branches (Bengaluru, Udupi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata & Online Clinic), we are now on a mission to scale across India — bringing authentic, science-backed Ayurveda to every home.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager who is obsessed with numbers, growth, and outcomes.
This role is for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves converting insights into results. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to ensure every Guduchi clinic grows month-on-month — through data-driven marketing, conversion optimization, and innovative lead-generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & Analyze: Monitor all key metrics — leads, consultations, conversions, revenue, and retention — across all branches and online channels.
- Drive Growth: Plan and execute month-on-month growth initiatives for each clinic.
- New Lead Channels: Identify and launch new lead-generation sources (referral programs, partnerships, influencer marketing, community events, etc.).
- Conversion Support: Work closely with doctors and customer support teams to improve conversion ratios through better scripts, follow-ups, and patient education.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with clinic managers and ensure accountability.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize ad performance, maintain target CAC, and ensure high-quality lead flow.
- Replicate Success: Create and document growth playbooks that can be scaled across all new branches.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM dashboards).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and lead funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — across doctors, marketers, and clinic managers.
- Growth mindset: proactive, hungry to improve, and ready to experiment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C brand is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in growth, performance marketing, or multi-branch operations.
Exposure to revenue-focused roles (₹2 Cr – 4 Cr monthly portfolio) preferred
