About the Role:
We're looking for a visionary Creative Director who can turn ideas into impactful visuals and stories. You'll lead concept creation, oversee design execution, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional creative work across print, digital, and brand campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Develop bold, original concepts and creative strategies for campaigns and brand communications.
- Lead visualisation, design direction, and storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and innovation.
- Guide illustrators, designers, and copywriters to produce top-quality creative work.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, tools, and technologies - especially AI-driven design innovations.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in print and digital media.
- Strong expertise in concept creation, visualisation, illustration, and design direction.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience leading creative teams and managing projects end-to-end.
- Knowledge or working experience with AI design tools is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
