About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our company in Nashik. The candidate will primarily handle loan settlement cases with banks for our clients, assist in legal documentation, and provide support in criminal law-related matters when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh law graduate or a junior lawyer who wants to build practical experience in bank settlements, debt negotiation, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal notices, settlement agreements, and other documents.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients for loan settlement and restructuring.

Conduct legal research related to settlement and criminal law cases.

Assist in court filings, documentation, and preparation for hearings.

Maintain case records, client communications, and reports.

Provide general legal support to the company and its clients as required.

Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council.

0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply).

Knowledge of loan settlement, debt recovery, or banking law preferred.

Basic understanding of criminal law procedures.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
