Sr DBA with Mongo:a) Strong communication skillsb) Strong Telecom Domain knowledgec) Oracle - Experience in GoldenGate , RAC , PL/SQL , experience Data Archival strategiesd) Mongo - Hands-on experience in Mongo collections ( More on data side than on Infra side ) . Should be able to perform POCs for data transfers from Mongo collections to AWS S3 ( or any similar cloud environments )e) Cassandra / Graph DB - Strong understanding on the GRAPH DB concepts ( vertex , edges etc ) .

Able to help DEV teams to setup the environment to satisfy their Data Modelling requirements. F) Hands-on experience and knowledge in implementing security standards, fixing vulnerabilities. G) Automate tasks like security patching , Data archival and any repeated tasks at Platform end.
