We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong background in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, project management skills, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles to ensure successful project execution from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed as per design, quality, and safety standards.

Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Plan and monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and project reports.

Resolve technical issues and recommend modifications as needed.

Oversee material procurement, testing, and usage to maintain construction quality.

Maintain documentation and project records for reference and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of building construction techniques and materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.

Familiarity with project estimation, structural analysis, and site supervision.

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
