Sr. Software Engineer – Supply chain solver

About the role...

In this role, we are looking for world-class developers who can contribute innovatively towards building o9's next-gen business planning platform We are on the hunt for applicants who are passionate about what they do, possess hands-on experience in design and development and can thrive in an agile environment. A team player who is up for challenges and creativity would form an ideal candidate.

What you'll do for us…

• Agile software development, test case development and customer issue analysis

• Incumbent will work on agile and challenging development activities for various platform components

• Apply design principles and write world class code in accordance with established guidelines

• Participate in complete software development life cycle from design to deployment of the product

• Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly, working across all levels of product as needed

• Work with product management and project teams to understand business requirements

• Ensure six sigma level quality – Participate and conduct appropriate testing, both at a unit level and a regression testing level

• Prepare primary documentation that helps QA team to test the product features developed

What you'll have...

• Experience: 7+ Years experience in enterprise software product companies

• Experience in supply chain management

• Hands-on experience in data structures and algorithms

• Prior experience on development of S&OP application

• Education: 4 year degree in Computer Science and Engineering

• Skills: Adept at C++ or C#, Java

• Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio

• Exposure to AI / Big data / Analytics will be a bonus.

How the process works...

• We will share a link to create your profile on workday & Respond with your interest to us.
• We'll contact you either via video call or phone call - whatever you prefer, with the further schedule status.
• Written Assessment - Domain specific (Attachment is added. Kindly solve and share it with us to get it reviewed)
• During the interview phase, you will meet with the technical panel for 60 minutes. We will contact you after the interview to let you know if we'd like to progress your application.
• There will be 2 rounds of technical discussion followed by a Managerial round.
• We will let you know if you're the successful candidate.
