Role Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and organized HR Interns to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you'll support human resource activities to build a talented and inclusive workforce for the "Influence India 2025" campaign and India-wide initiatives, working closely with our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within the global hair extension and grooming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews for the "Influence India 2025" campaign and India-wide events.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and workshops aligned with our inclusive culture.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to enhance talent management strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to support HR policies and programs that align with Emilio Beaufort's ethical and sustainable mission.
• Contribute innovative ideas to foster a positive and dynamic workplace environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates currently in their final year of college or graduated within the past few months (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields).
• Passion for people management, sustainability, and initiatives like campaigns and workshops, with an interest in global and India-wide trends.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandatory: Must have your own computer or laptop for work purposes.
• No prior professional experience required—just a proactive mindset and a drive to make an impact

Program Structure & Benefits:
